Will I experience weight gain when I quit smoking?

I smoked for 24 years I'm now 40. I gained 10 lbs. the first three weeks with know change in my eatting habits, I'm a small person to begin with 117lbs, but I dont care for a women when you gain weight it is a problem. I now see my weight going back to normal and I feel so much better. Let's all keep up the good work.
