Will I experience weight gain when I quit smoking?

Many people who want to quit smoking worry about whether or not they will gain weight when they quit. After all, not only do we want to look our best, but we are always hearing how weight gain comes with its own set of health risks.

I smoked for 24 years I'm now 40. I gained 10 lbs. the first three weeks with know change in my eatting habits, I'm a small person to begin with 117lbs, but I dont care for a women when you gain weight it is a problem. I now see my weight going back to normal and I feel so much better. Let's all keep up the good work.
