Is Tobacco Use a Personal Freedoms Issue?

Just like with any other issue, there are people on two different sides of the spectrum when it comes to whether people should have the freedom to smoke where they want. On one hand, some people feel that smokers should have every right to smoke, like non smokers have a right to not smoke.

On the other hand because second hand smoke is known to be just as dangerous and lethal as smoking itself, if people have the right to smoke wherever they want, non smokers lose their right to not smoke.
